Ethan Hollenberger is the Assistant to Winnebago County Executive Jon Doemel, where he grew up. Ethan began his career in government nearly sixteen years ago as an intern for the Milwaukee County Executive. Ethan was Communications Director and Committee Clerk in the Wisconsin State Senate. He moved from the legislature back to county government as the intergovernmental relations officer for Washington County, Wisconsin. Ethan has worked for numerous candidates for office at the local, state and federal level. In 2021, he was campaign manager for a candidate for Wisconsin State Superintendent of Public Instruction. Since April 2021, he has been in his current position as the chief aide to the county executive. He is responsible for strategic initiatives and general coordination of interdepartmental collaboration.
