Junelle Kroontje serves as the Employee Social Impact & Well-being Manager at King County, WA, where she leads the development and execution of enterprise-wide strategies and programming that enrich employees’ lives. King County has a diverse employee population of more than 16,000 employees across 19 departments, from law enforcement to transit. Her role encompasses the management of programs that address the five dimensions of well-being: Emotional, Social, Financial, Physical, and Purpose, ensuring a holistic approach to employee well-being.
