Troubleshooting Assistance

1. How to join the webinar
To access the webinar, please copy and paste the login link listed in the location section on the calendar invite attached to your confirmation email into your internet browser (Google Chrome is preferred) and hit enter. This will take you to the session page. Once there, please select the orange View Session button to enter the session.
 

2. Troubleshooting once joined:
Thank you for joining us today! If you are having issues with the webinar, please take the following steps:


1.  If you cannot hear the video or if the video has not started for you, please click the center of the video screen


2.    If you are still having issues with audio/video

  • Please be sure you are viewing the webinar on a desktop/laptop and using google chrome as your browser
  • Please refresh your page
  • Please exit out of the webinar and log back in by copying and pasting the link in your calendar invite into a google chrome browser
  • Please be sure you are viewing the webinar on a desktop/laptop and using google chrome as your browser

  • Disconnect from a VPN, which may have security settings that prevent the video from playing.
  • Disable pop-up blockers.
  • Check your firewall and ad blocker settings to ensure they allow embedded video play
  • If you are on a high security device, try using a different network or different device.
  • If you are concerned that your company privacy settings may prevent your access to the webinar, please contact your IT department and confirm your device can stream embedded video content from vimeo.com and from swoogo.com and that the sites are whitelisted.
